There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Finkelstein: Page 1, line 10, after "offense": Insert "set out in AS 11.41" Representative Finkelstein moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Kott objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?" And so, Amendment No. 2 was not adopted. Amendment No. 3 was offered by Representative Davies: Page 1, Line 10: Delete "arrested for" Insert "adjudicated or convicted of a" Representative Davies moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 3 be adopted. Objection was heard. Representative Davies moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw Amendment No. 3. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB104(JUD)am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Representative Mackie objected. The Speaker stated that CSHB104(JUD)am will be in third reading on the April 29, 1995, calendar.
